Mission
Guardian Safety Consulting LLC was founded by Lauren Sergeant, a safety management professional with experience in OSHA/ISO record-keeping, reporting, compliance, program development, and program implementation. Lauren has working proficiency in both English and Spanish and has managed company culture and employee relations in various cross-cultural contexts. Guardian Safety was founded on the belief that well-trained, efficient safety programs allow companies to focus more directly on their overarching goals and company culture. Thus, Guardian Safety seeks to support businesses by developing and training such processes and programs.
