Mission

Guardian Safety Consulting LLC was founded by Lauren Sergeant, a Human Resources and Safety Management professional with managerial experience in employee onboarding, payroll, and staffing company relations as well as in HR and OSHA record-keeping, reporting, compliance, program development, and program implementation. Lauren has working proficiency in both English and Spanish and has managed company culture and employee relations in various cross-cultural contexts. The company was founded on the belief that a well-trained, efficient HR process and OSHA program allows companies to focus more directly on their overarching goals and company culture. Therefore, Guardian Safety seeks to support businesses by developing and training such processes and programs.
